These Terms & Conditions govern use of the Blue Pools Inc. website at https://www.bluepoolsflorida.com and its online payment form.
Online bill payments
The online payment form is provided solely to allow customers to pay amounts owed to Blue Pools Inc. for pool maintenance, repair, remodeling,
installation, or related services. It is not an online store and does not create a new service agreement, estimate, warranty, or promise of
service.
By submitting a payment, you represent that:
– You are authorized to use the payment method provided.
– The payment amount is accurate and applies to your Blue Pools Inc. account or invoice.
– The invoice number and other information you provide are accurate.
– You authorize Blue Pools Inc. and its payment processor, Authorize.net, to charge the total amount shown at submission, including any
clearly disclosed processing fee.
Please retain your confirmation or payment receipt for your records. A payment submission is not confirmation that an account is paid in full
until the transaction has been approved and applied to the applicable account.
One-time payments
When you select a one-time payment, you authorize one charge for the amount entered and any clearly disclosed processing fee. If you believe
you entered an incorrect amount or invoice number, contact us promptly at (561) 844-8788.
Monthly recurring payments
If you select monthly payments and agree to the recurring-payment authorization, you authorize Blue Pools Inc. to charge the payment method
provided each month for the amount entered, plus any clearly disclosed processing fee, until you cancel the authorization.
To cancel a recurring payment authorization, call us at (561) 844-8788 at least three business days before the next scheduled charge.
Cancellation stops future scheduled charges; it does not cancel amounts already owed or charges already processed.
Payment processing
Card payments are processed through Authorize.net. Blue Pools Inc. does not control Authorize.net’s approval decisions, security systems, or
availability. A transaction may be declined, delayed, or reversed by your card issuer, payment processor, or financial institution.
Errors and unauthorized transactions
If you believe a payment was submitted in error, duplicated, applied to the wrong invoice, or unauthorized, contact us promptly at (561) 844-
8788. We will review the matter and correct verified processing errors as appropriate. You should also contact your card issuer if you believe
your card was used without authorization.
Website use
You may use this website only for lawful purposes. You may not interfere with the website, attempt to gain unauthorized access to it, submit
false payment information, or use the payment form to pay an account you are not authorized to pay.
Changes
Blue Pools Inc. may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The version posted on this website is the version that applies when you
use the site or submit payment.
